Image recognition and machine learning
Scientific research is being conducted in the field of computer vision, image processing/recognition, and machine learning. The fundamental part of the research is focused on object-detection and tracking in sequences of digital images, the recognition of human actions and behaviors, the analysis of tracking and 3D motion based on multimodal data, human-machine communication, the design and training of deep neural networks, and the analysis and recognition of histopathological images.
