Abstract:
The work performed during the research stay belongs to PRIMAGE project (https://www.primageproject.eu/). It will address:
- Continuous integration of medical imaging biomarkers: two uses cases
- Containers technologies for biomarkers: Docker and Singularity
- Integrating cloud and HPC backends (Prometheus), seamless solution
for cloud job schedulers
- Using OneClient in containers: problems and solutions
